Welcome to Dream Home Swansea.

Dream Home Swansea (DHS) began with friendship. We are a group of young adults with additional needs who are making plans to share a home—living together as friends while each having our own private space, independence and choice.

We know this way of living won’t be right for everyone. Our wider mission is to show what independent, interdependent living can look like: having control over your own life without having to face everything alone.

Our peer-led Stronger Together campaign encourages other young people like us to imagine what their own future could look like, take steps towards greater independence and discover the strength of friendship and mutual support. We also want to learn and grow alongside our peers, families and professionals—and bring more voices into this important conversation.
